Sex and Fury
As I was searching it came to my attention that the Sex and Fury release by Panik House is no longer available. Evidently the "clear edition" release was limited to only 10,000 units. There is no indication of a standard release in sight at this moment. This film is a cult classic as it was part inspiration for Tarentino's Kill Bill and also includes Swedish sex icon Christina Lindberg. Sex and Fury falls under the Pinky Violence category of Japanese cinema and remains one of the more popular titles in the genre. Its sequel, Female Yakuza Tale - Inquisition and Torture, also in a "clear edition" and limited to 10,000 units is still available, but may be followed close behind Sex and Fury. Both DVD's were released on October 31st, except a year apart, Yakuza first in 2005, then Sex and Fury followed in 2006. So it only took a year to sell out of Sex, while its taking about 2 years for Yakuza. A copy on eBay has sold for around 60 this past week so the interest is pretty high right now.
