Happy New Year Troma!
From some of the recent discontinued listings by MMM, there were many Troma releases that have gone out of print. So what happened to this company? They have an overall respectable library with some cult classics in their midsts. Aside from that, they also own the Roan Group label which releases many great classics, some public domain, but others particular to them. There is a good discussion over at dvdmaniacs forum that states they lost their distributor as well as sold off the building in New York.
Some of their packaging and menu authoring has some refinement that could be done with, but over all they have a nice selection to choose from. The most classic and popular Troma title stands is the Toxic Avenger. I remember watching that when it first came out on VHS. My reaction is what a bizaare and weird movie, but it worked! It was somewhat a sign of the times, but it was inventive, original, relatively funny, yet has an ironic quality about the whole film and Toxie had a charm about him that I think most people related to. Since then I was captured by Toxy and the whole Troma environment. This is not to say I ran out and bought every release - far from that. But I did manage to see some other great ones, like Surf Nazis Must Die and Ferocious Female Freedom Fighters.
Being a lengthy list of films listed as discontinued, I have catergorized them for easier browsing into various groups of where you could potentially get them, or what is just plain not available for purchase. While I have narrowed them down to just Amazon and the Troma site, this does not mean they are available elsewhere, either eBay or any other online or brick and mortar store. Please note that this list is not definitive, there may be others that are no longer available, but currently not announced as discontinued. All status of availability are subject to change without notice.
Titles not available on Amazon or the Troma site.
Titles available on Amazon, but no longer available on the Troma site.
Titles no longer available on Amazon, but available on the Troma site.
Listed as discontinued yet available at both Amazon and the Troma site.

NOTES:
TromaDance Vol. 2 is available at Amazon, but no longer available on the Troma site.
Beware! Children at Play is no longer available at Amazon or the Troma site.
Bloodsucking Freaks is no longer available at Amazon, but available at the Troma site.
Cannibal! The Musical is no longer available on Amazon, but available at the Troma site. Made by the creators of South Park, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, a very funny movie (and singalongs!) about the real story of the only person in American history accused of cannibalism.
Cannibal! The Musical UMD Version is available on Amazon, but no longer available on the Troma site (MMM says it is in print).
The Chosen One is no longer available on Amazon or Troma. This was an early Carmen Elektra vehicle that shows her off very well, much in the way Pam Anderson's Raw Justice.
Christmas Evil is delayed shipping on Amazon, no listing on Troma, and has since been re-released and remastered by Synapse Films.
Citizen Toxie states "temporarily out of stock" on Amazon, but available at the Troma site.
Class of Nuke'em High 2 is delayed shipping on Amazon, but no longer available on the Troma site.
Class of Nuk'em High Collection is no longer available on either Amazon or Troma, and there are no used copies on Amazon as of this writing.
Cannibal Shock is no longer available on either Amazon or Troma site.
Crazed is available at Amazon, but not Troma. This stars Catherine Bach of the Dukes of Hazard fame as the short short wearin' Daisy Duke. Mr. Skin rates this one very highly.
Decampitated is no longer available on either Amazon or Troma. According to MMM, the UPC was misprinted, but appears it was never corrected either. Although there are 3 versions listed, none are available, and there is an alternative cover. The two other versions are listed as in print, this version has a delayed shipping time.
Def by Temptation shows delayed shipping on Amazon and no longer available on the Troma site. This film was made in 1990 starring Samuel L. Jackson.
Dracula vs. Frankenstein showing delayed shipping on Amazon, but available on the Troma site. This is a classic Al Adamason horror fest.
Dumpster Baby is no longer available at either Amazon or Troma. With a name like Dumpster Baby it has to be good!
Escape from Hell is no longer available at either Amazon or Troma. This is a WIP film and stars Ajita Wilson, perhaps the best looking transexual ever. Appeared in Jess Franco's classic Macumba Sexualis released by Severin.
Eve's Beach Fantasy shows delayed shipping on Amazon, but is available at Troma.
Troma Triple B-Header 3 shows delayed shipping on Amazon, and no longer available at Troma. This set includes Garden of the Dead, Buttcrack and Unspeakable.
Killer Condom is available at Troma, but out of stock at Amazon.
Make Your Own Damn Movie is out of stock at both Amazon and Troma. This is the limited edition set which includes a book.
Monster in the Closet is no longer avaialbe at either Amazon or Troma. This could have some interesting potential as it includes the hottie singer Fergie. Although the film is rated PG, so I dont think she dresses down for this role.
Mother's Day is no longer available at Amazon or Troma. This is a classic 80's gore-horror that I grew up with along with other great ones like Happy Birthday to Me and My Bloody Valentine.
Maniac Nurses is available at Troma, but not Amazon.
Parts of the Family is no longer available at Amazon, but available at Troma. There are 3 editions. This edition is a Limited Edition "clean cover". The regular edition is the same cover, listed as in print on MMM, while the explicit cover, also still in print (but not available on Troma), has blood all over the girls shirt.
Rowdy Girls comes in both R-Rated and Unrated versions. The R-Rated version is "temporarily out of stock" on Amazon, and no listing on Troma. While the unrated is no longer available on either site. This film stars Playboy Playmate of the Year India Allen and also Penthouse Pet Julie Strain.
Shakespeare: In...and Out is available on Amazon and Troma. There are 2 editions (both equally available). There is the "clean cover" which is a limited edition". And then the "dirty cover" which is a regular edition. Only Amazon has a listing for the clean edition, while MMM lists the UPC for the dirty version. Only one listing for either, but there are 2 UPC's.
Sizzle Beach is no longer available on Amazon, but available at Troma. This is an early Kevin Costner film.
The Stendhal Syndrome is no longer available on either site. This is Dario Argento's classic work with his daughter Asia. This has since been re-released by Blue Underground.
Terror Firmer comes in both R-Rated and Unrated versions. Both are unavailable at Amazon and Troma. This is a classic in the Troma library.
Toxic Avenger Series is probably the Movie That Built Tromaville. They are all in various states of availability at this time. The last chapter, Citizen Toxie, is listed both as Citizen Toxie and Toxic Avenger 4, and one is considered a limited edition while the other is not. It also comes in a single-disc and 2-disc set. The 2-disc set is the limited edition.
Tromeo and Juliet is no longer available on either site. This is the older version as Troma released a 10th Anniversary edition currently available.
Witchcraft 7 is no longer available on Amazon, but available on the Troma site. This was a long continuing series that was popular in the 80's around the time of Witchboard and other subspecies-like series.
So that wraps up this area of out of print titles. I will look over the Roan Group titles as well as others not noted that are no longer available on either site that has not been pointed out.
You can possibly also find some at deep discount using the link below. I have not ordered directly from the Troma Site, but the prices seem reasonable, but the shipping is a little steep. I dont know otherwise what the experience is like.
